You will be responsible for coordinating work teams, monitoring field progress, and providing technical support to ensure correct implementation of the project’s electrical designs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise electrical construction activities on-site, verifying execution in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and current regulations. * Monitor proper installation of conduits, switchboards, cable laying, connections, and electrical equipment. * Validate work quality and ensure correct application of operational and safety procedures. * Coordinate electrical teams—both internal and subcontracted—on a daily basis. * Support weekly activity planning, identifying operational needs, material requirements, or deviations. * Verify availability and proper use of assigned tools, instruments, materials, and equipment. * Record daily construction progress, key milestones, deviations, and technical risks. * Promptly report any anomalies, defects, or unsafe conditions to management. * Participate in planning and production control meetings. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety policies across all tasks. * Verify workers’ compliance with required permits, authorizations, and PPE. * Participate in inspections, safety talks, inductions, and continuous improvement activities. * Propose operational and technical improvements to optimize construction processes. * Contribute to gathering information for as-built documentation and project close-out documentation. * Collaborate with Engineering and QA/QC to resolve on-site interferences or technical queries. **Requirements:** * Higher Technical Degree in Electricity, Electromechanics, Automation, or related field. * Risk Prevention certification or training, or SEC Electrical Regulations (desirable). * Knowledge of Chilean electrical regulations and installation standards. * Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings. * Proficiency with electrical measuring instruments. * Knowledge of MS Project and AutoCAD (desirable). * Experience in technical reporting and progress tracking. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience supervising electrical construction work. * Experience in energy projects, industrial construction, or photovoltaic plants (desirable). * Experience coordinating teams and subcontractors. **Seize the challenge.
