Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the cold room. 2. Continuously improve processes and safety. 3. Support the operations area in pallet management. **We are excited to provide you with opportunities to grow.** Ensure the proper operation of automated cold rooms by preventing operational stoppages through execution of necessary preventive and corrective maintenance, thereby guaranteeing optimal productivity. **Control the facility's automation system.** **Maintain the proper operation of the facility's automation system.** Oversee daily operations of the automated cold room. Monitor the automation system to record and control failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions. Knowledge of operation and maintenance of automation systems and key spare parts to develop a preventive maintenance plan. **Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the cold room.** **Evaluate the condition and performance of the plant's electrical systems.** **Ensure adequate stock levels of critical cold room components.** **Continuously propose improvements, cost savings, and safety enhancements, while staying current with third-party safety audits.** **Maintain a clean and orderly workplace.** Comply with established safety and hygiene regulations to ensure proper operation of facilities and equipment, and immediately report any anomalies to supervisors. Comply with job-specific requirements defined in the company's internal procedures. **Continuously improve the pallet handling process.** **Support hygiene maintenance and sanitation interventions for cold room and dock equipment.** Support the operations area in pallet unloading, locating lost or misplaced pallets, etc. Let's redefine the future of the cold chain in Latin America together!
