The role is responsible for managing distribution center operations related to dispatch, product intake/receiving, returns, storage, contract manufacturing (tolling), and product refracturing. In this role, you will report to the Distribution Center Shift Team Leader. You will have opportunities to further develop your career across other business units and brands within our Hygiene and Medical Solutions company. This position is located in Lampa, Metropolitan Region. We provide shuttle buses serving several communes (Lampa, Batuco, Quilicura, Puente Alto, Maipú, Mapocho). If this role resonates with you, we would love to speak with you. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee assignment, verification, and correct delivery of shipments, ensuring adherence to timelines, documentation, and product conditions. * Fully supervise the loading process, conducting real-time tracking, identifying deviations, and reporting incidents to respective departments. * Ensure carriers enter, load, and depart within scheduled timeframes, optimizing dock utilization and resource allocation. * Control access to operational zones (order preparation, staging, picking, and receiving) to comply with safety regulations. * Manage returns and returned materials, validating authorization, physical condition of products, and procedural compliance. * Coordinate receipt of finished goods from production plants and verify that pallets arrive in appropriate condition. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety standards in dispatch areas and docks. * Ensure clear information handover during shift changes. * Support the Operations Assistant as required. **Who You Are** * Approximately 1 year of experience in warehouses and/or distribution centers within the FMCG industry. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Working knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems). **What We Offer** We are a global leader in solutions that improve people’s well-being in Hygiene and Health.
