We pride ourselves on teamwork and enjoying the process. **Your Mission** Ensure the park’s daily operations run smoothly, adhering to all procedures, maintaining safety standards, and delivering a memorable experience for every customer. **What You’ll Do Daily:** * **Park Operations:** Opening and closing according to your shift, monitoring satellite game counters, and strictly following all company procedures and protocols. * **Cash Handling and Sales:** Reconciling park and island cash registers, performing cash transfers, and depositing 100% of collected funds per protocol; conducting daily sales tracking and promptly reporting results to the Park Manager and Regional Manager. * **Security and Custody:** Safeguarding cash, deposits, and facility and machine keys, while rigorously applying established security measures. * **Rides and Attractions:** Supporting the Park Manager in maintaining and ensuring the safety of rides, attractions, islands, and the park overall. * **Team Management:** Supervising staff entry and exit, ensuring proper uniform usage and personal presentation; assisting with Host onboarding and participating in monthly team meetings. * **Customer Service:** Receiving suggestions and complaints, and awarding prizes in accordance with established procedures. **Position Details** * Location: Copiapó * Schedule: Part-time (20 hrs/week), rotating shifts * Work Mode: On-site Salary: $200\.000 \- $300\.000 per month Workplace: On-site employment
