Industrial Maintenance Mechanic – Malloco **Join Grupo PROA!** ------------------------- At Grupo PROA — a company comprising well-known brands such as Champion Cat, Champion Dog, Champion Mini Pets, Sabro Kan, Yemita, Huevos La Granja Gallinas Libres, Performance, and Select The Best — we are currently seeking an **Industrial Maintenance Mechanic** to work at our plant located in **Malloco**. ### **Job Objective** Ensure the availability and optimal performance of production equipment and facilities through efficient execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities, as well as resolution of technical issues, thereby ensuring operational continuity while complying with quality, safety, and environmental standards. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Respond to corrective maintenance requests during production shifts. * Perform preventive (scheduled inspections), scheduled corrective, and predictive maintenance activities according to established programs. * Participate in failure analysis and root cause determination. * Provide technical support to various company departments regarding applicable technical and regulatory matters. * Generate work orders in SAP for corrective maintenance requests across different production plants. * Ensure proper receipt, execution, and closure of assigned tasks, recording service completion confirmation. * Serve as a technical specialist in specific plant areas or processes. * Manage task closure and associated documentation, ensuring traceability of performed activities. * Perform calibration of measuring instruments according to technical specifications, quality standards, and established programs. ### **Requirements** Academic Qualifications* Technician in Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Mechanics, or related field.
