Support in audits and management of documents for the management system **Confidential** July 08, 2026 ### **Services** #### **Main Points** chonchi Full\-time To be agreed upon Indefinite Vacancies: 1 #### **Job Offer Details** ### **Job Responsibilities** Provide administrative and documentary support to the Risk Prevention Department, ensuring proper management, control, and updating of information related to occupational safety and health, legal compliance, training, worker and contractor documentation, thereby contributing to compliance with applicable regulations and internal company standards. * Administer and maintain up-to-date documentation for the Occupational Safety and Health Management System. * Monitor expiration and renewal of legal documents, certifications, and mandatory records. * Manage the intake, archiving, and traceability of documentation for internal workers and contractor companies. * Develop, maintain, and update databases, indicators, and reports for the department. * Coordinate scheduling of training sessions, inductions, and safety talks. * Record attendance and maintain documentary evidence of preventive activities. * Support preparation for internal and external audits. * Manage issuance, distribution, and archiving of procedures, instructions, and other management system documents. * Administer documentation arising from occupational accidents and incidents. * Support administrative management of accident investigations and corrective actions. * Coordinate logistics for Joint Committee meetings, emergency drills, and preventive campaigns. * Monitor inventories of personal protective equipment (PPE), signage, and supporting materials, as applicable. * Maintain ongoing communication with various company departments to ensure timely delivery of required documentation. * Prepare periodic reports for the department head. ### **Job Requirements** Technical degree in Business Administration.
