We are looking for an Operations Assistant for our Chillán branch. **Job Mission:** To be responsible for executing all necessary logistics movements to ensure fulfillment of commercial commitments with customers, guaranteeing their satisfaction and fleet availability. To provide operational support contributing to the branch’s growth and operational continuity. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform **vehicle tracking and inventory control**, recording additions and removals, and keeping system information up to date. * Ensure **unit availability and quality**, contributing to cost and time efficiency. * Monitor the **proper condition and functionality of units stored at the branch**, ensuring immediate usability. * Support **vehicle reception** according to demand and **transportation** of vehicles to the city of Chillán. * **Prepare and modify purchase orders** for external workshops (as applicable). * Inspect the **condition and functionality of units prior to delivery to customers** (first rental delivery). * **Support fleet and branch asset inventory**. * Execute **administrative processes prior to work order closure**. * Coordinate and track **units detained at external workshops due to accidents**. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 08:30–18:30 hrs; Friday, 08:30–17:30 hrs.
