Drive continuous improvement of operations and service experience At FEMSA Salud, we are seeking our next Facilities Operations Supervisor, whose primary mission will be to ensure operational continuity of the company's buildings by coordinating and supervising administrative support, mail, couriers, infrastructure, security, maintenance, cleaning, and general services—ensuring compliance with standards defined by the Facilities Management team and supporting continuous operational improvement. Your key challenges will include: * Implement, supervise, and propose improvements to processes related to building operational continuity, in accordance with guidelines defined by the Facilities Management team. * Plan and coordinate building operational continuity, ensuring proper functioning of infrastructure, maintenance, security, cleaning, and general services. * Supervise critical operational continuity vendors, verifying compliance with SLAs, service quality, and contractual terms, reporting deviations and proposing corrective actions. * Monitor and control expenses associated with administrative support and operational continuity, reporting variances and supporting accurate budget execution for the area. * Supervise and coordinate reception, business assistants, mail, and courier teams—assigning tasks, monitoring operational performance, and ensuring internal service quality. * Apply and supervise compliance with operational standards and protocols defined for building and administrative service management. * Monitor operational and continuity indicators (incidents, response times, costs), preparing reports and improvement proposals. * Manage operational contingencies and significant incidents, coordinating timely corrective actions. * Participate in and support the consolidation process of the Facilities area, collaborating on the operational integration of teams under defined guidelines. * Identify, analyze, and report user-identified opportunities for improvement regarding service, quality, and processes—channeling them to the appropriate instances to drive implementation of preventive and corrective actions that strengthen operational continuity, service quality, and experience. You’ll be a great match if you have: * A professional or technical university degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration Engineering, or a related field. * At least 4 years of work experience. * Experience in operations management, operational continuity, infrastructure, security, general services, and/or building or complex administration. * Proficiency in data analytics tools.
