Your challenge will be to centralize operational support for the commercial area, optimize B2B sales processes, and ensure the retention, satisfaction, and growth of our client portfolio. **Key responsibilities include:** * Lead CRM management, ensuring proper administration, structure, and accuracy of commercial data. * Audit and monitor sales team–entered information, guaranteeing quality standards and continuous updates. * Prepare, review, and administratively manage commercial proposals and contractual documentation for new clients. * Administer the commercial area’s technology stack, managing user access, licenses, and the proper operation of digital tools. * Actively manage an assigned portfolio of B2B clients, serving as the primary post-sales contact point. **Ideal Profile:** * Degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Civil Engineering, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations (Sales Ops), Revenue Operations (RevOps), B2B Customer Success, or Strategic Account Management. * Advanced proficiency in CRM administration. * Knowledge of the full B2B sales cycle and commercial metrics. * Availability for on-site work.
