Position Summary: Monitor and validate transactions from gaming machines, process prize payouts, and deliver excellent customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Excellent customer service and support 2. Experience in gaming and management of service personnel **Job Description** ---------------------- Monitor and validate transactions from gaming machines. Process prize payouts while delivering excellent service and customer support.  Enable chips in TGM carts.  Verify operational status of work equipment (TBK devices, battery charges, thermal paper).  Guide customers on various types of gaming machines.  Provide customers with cash-to-chip or chip-to-cash exchanges upon request.  Generate Customer Outcome Reports (Mass and High-Value) and Customer Investment Reports (e.g., gaming coupons).  Provide backup coverage for other units by managing daily operations.  Support the development of events or commercial initiatives (e.g., tournaments, online raffles, etc.) **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Experience in gaming * Experience managing service-area personnel.
