Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Risk Prevention Assistant or SSOO Assistant to provide operational and administrative support for occupational safety and health management at Apple, a technology company. Position Objective: Provide operational and administrative support for Occupational Safety and Health management, contributing to regulatory compliance and strengthening preventive practices within the organization. What would your responsibilities be? * Support detection and analysis of risks present across different workplaces, collaborating in defining preventive actions. * Participate in safety walkthroughs and inspections, documenting observations and improvement suggestions. * Support compliance with current legal regulations on risk prevention, including applicable regulatory frameworks. * Manage and maintain up-to-date documentation related to occupational safety and health. * Collaborate in organizing and implementing training sessions, inductions, and preventive campaigns. * Support incident and occupational accident analysis processes, contributing to corrective measure definition. * Participate in initiatives related to psychosocial risks and musculoskeletal disorder (MSD) prevention. * Coordinate with various departments across the company to follow up on safety and prevention matters. * Support preparation of reports and indicators associated with preventive management. What do we expect from you? * Technical or engineering degree in occupational risk prevention, with a valid National Registry of Individual Health Service Providers (SNS Registry). * One year of professional experience. * Proficiency in Excel. * Availability to visit stores and distribution centers; fieldwork required.
