Main Functions: * Provide in-person customer service and handle telephone calls, recording and routing inquiries to the appropriate personnel to respond to information requests and address customer needs. * Organize and archive relevant departmental documentation, ensuring it remains up-to-date and readily available for internal and external Faculty requirements. * Schedule meetings and follow up on managerial commitments to keep involved parties informed and maintain an organized schedule.
