The objective is to guarantee that all operations are executed on time, correctly, and to the required quality standards, complying with safety standards, applicable regulations, and customer requirements—thereby supporting operational continuity at mining sites. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage accreditations, certifications, and documentation required for personnel and equipment mobilization at mining sites, in accordance with applicable regulations. * Coordinate and monitor procurement, services, and deliveries in **SENEGOCIA**, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality, and specifications. * Control inventories, PPE, tools, and spare parts according to planning. * Record movements and maintain order in work orders and technical documentation within ERP systems. * Report progress, anomalies, and equipment or material requirements, maintaining effective communication with internal and external customers. * Verify supplier qualifications and compliance with current policies. * Participate in **EHS** activities, reporting unsafe conditions and promoting safe behaviors. **YOUR PROFILE:** * Technical or professional degree in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Commerce, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles within the mining industry. * Basic technical English (mandatory). * Advanced MS Office proficiency (desirable). * **Experience using ERP systems such as SUCAL, SAP, SENEGOCIA, or equivalent systems (mandatory).** **ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:** * **Willingness and ability to travel across different regions of the country (mandatory).** * Availability to work rotating shifts, according to business needs. * **Class B driver’s license with minimum 3 years’ validity (mandatory).** * **Residence in Santiago (mandatory).** **Work Location: Santiago** **APPLICATION PROCESS:** * **Sandvik Internal Candidates:** Access Intranet Vacancies Job ID: **R0095069\.** * **External Candidates:** www.sandvik.com “Careers”, enter code **R0095069** (create user account, **upload updated CV**, and **complete questionnaire**, if applicable). ### ***Sandvik is an equal opportunity employer.
