Position Summary: Design and implement organizational learning and development initiatives, strengthening culture and leadership through training programs and indicator analysis. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and implement learning and development programs. 2. Manage information related to learning and development processes. 3. Participate in change management initiatives and design training solutions. At **Davita Kidney Care**, a multinational company specializing in delivering treatment to patients with kidney failure, we are seeking our next **Training Analyst** for our headquarters located in **Las Condes, Región Metropolitana**. **The purpose of this role is:** To design and implement learning and organizational development initiatives, contributing to the development of critical business capabilities, reinforcing organizational culture, and enhancing leadership—through needs identification, training program management, and indicator analysis enabling measurement of the effectiveness and impact of departmental activities. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Coordinate and implement learning and development programs aimed at strengthening organizational culture, leadership, and the company’s key competencies, ensuring alignment with business strategy, talent needs, and organizational challenges. * Manage information associated with learning and development processes, building indicators, reports, and dashboards to monitor participation, satisfaction, learning, on-the-job application, and impact of implemented initiatives, facilitating data-driven decision-making. * Participate in change management initiatives from a learning and development perspective, identifying knowledge gaps, designing training solutions, and supporting the implementation of training programs that facilitate adoption of new strategies, processes, and work models. * Manage external training and development providers, ensuring quality standards, goal achievement, budget control, and methodological alignment.
