At one of our businesses, we are looking for a Management Control Analyst. What is the mission of this role? As a Management Control Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial and operational information across various business units, ensuring budget compliance, identifying variances, optimizing costs, and providing strategic visibility to management for timely decision-making. Responsibilities: * Monitor and explain monthly variances between actual results and planned targets (Budget/Forecast). * Analyze cost and expense structures to identify inefficiencies and savings opportunities. * Participate in the development, consolidation, and monitoring of the annual budget and monthly forecasts. * Develop and maintain financial models to project revenues, costs, cash flow, and profitability. * Design, automate, and maintain key business dashboards and KPIs. * Prepare monthly financial reports and executive presentations for management and the executive committee. * Ensure the quality and consistency of financial information by integrating data from ERP systems and operational databases. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Management Control Engineering, or related field. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). * Knowledge of Oracle Hyperion Essbase and/or Planning. * Proficiency in BI and Data tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.). **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering / Industrial Civil Engineering, Management Control Engineering, or related field. * Intermediate English proficiency. (Preferred) * Proficiency in BI and Data tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.). (Preferred) * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
