Apply today. **Primary Purpose of the Role:** We are seeking a **Printer Technician** to operate and maintain Printer, Pin Oven, and peripheral equipment in full operational condition, performing visual inspections, corrective and preventive maintenance, and physical product analysis — to ensure productivity and quality of manufactured cans. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate Printer and Pin Oven machines for can production, ensuring productivity and quality. * Execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance according to schedules and checklists. * Perform label changeovers, plate adjustments, and print registration. * Conduct product quality inspection and control per PIP, color tones, varnish, and viscosity. * Monitor and analyze spoilage/waste, making adjustments to meet standards and optimize material usage. * Apply Lean Manufacturing to improve equipment efficiency and reliability. * Lead and train teams on label changeovers and safe work practices. * Promote Safety, Health, and Environment, focusing on prevention and continuous improvement. * Implement 5S, fostering order, organization, and increased productivity. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed technical or higher education — mandatory. * Most recent performance evaluation: Score of 3 — mandatory. * Minimum tenure of 1 year within Ball — mandatory. * Prior experience as a Printer Assistant or BM II Technician with basic knowledge of the Printer process — mandatory. * Knowledge of colorimetry and label changeovers — mandatory. * Skills including teamwork, effective communication, and attention to detail — mandatory. **Knowledge Areas:** * Machines and Tools. * Metrology. * Statistical Process Control. * Problem Analysis and Resolution Methodology. * ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards. * Fire extinguisher use.
