Preferably training or knowledge related to industrial, mechanical, forestry, or related processes. * Experience operating industrial machinery linked to wood processing. * **Proven experience operating and adjusting medium- or large-sized molding machines.** * Knowledge of machine regulation, installation, and adjustment of cutting elements. * Experience performing format, dimension, or configuration changes according to production requirements. * Familiarity with quality controls and measurements associated with wood processing. * Basic knowledge of industrial machinery maintenance. * Proactive, responsible profile oriented toward compliance with quality and safety standards. * Availability for full-time, on-site work.
