We are seeking a **Technical Office Manager** to lead the planning, coordination, and technical control of construction and infrastructure projects. The role is responsible for ensuring that construction works are executed in accordance with drawings, specifications, budget, schedule, and established quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the **technical office**, and coordinate documentation, planning, and technical control of projects.
* Review drawings, technical specifications, quantity take-offs, budgets, and supporting documents required for construction execution.
* Coordinate with site teams, engineering departments, suppliers, and contractors to ensure proper execution of all work items.
* Monitor physical progress, costs, payment statuses, modifications, and project deviations.
* Manage technical inquiries, engineering changes, and interdisciplinary coordination.
* Prepare progress reports, KPIs, and analytical reports to support decision-making.
* Propose improvements to optimize **timelines, costs, quality, and productivity** during execution.
**Requirements**
* Professional degree in **Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Civil Construction**, or a related field.
* **4 to 7 years of experience** in technical offices, construction, infrastructure, or project management.
* Experience in progress monitoring, quantity take-offs, budgeting, scheduling, and review of technical documentation.
* Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Advanced Excel, and planning tools**; MS Project is desirable.
* Knowledge of cost control, payment certifications, contracts, and change management.
* Ability to coordinate technical teams, contractors, and various disciplines.
* Organized, analytical, and solution-oriented profile with strong communication skills and results orientation.
Salary: $20\.400\.000 \- $30\.000\.000 per year
