This position will play a key role in organizing clinical services, managing staff, and continuously improving clinical processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise the nursing team, including scheduling shifts, assigning duties, and ensuring service coverage. * Coordinate clinical activities and ensure compliance with clinical protocols and procedures. * Supervise the quality and safety of patient care delivered. * Monitor appropriate use of supplies, medications, and clinical resources within the unit. * Analyze care indicators and propose actions to improve service efficiency and quality. * Coordinate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and administrative departments to resolve operational needs. * Participate in training, internal audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements** * Professional degree in **Nursing** and valid professional registration. * **Three or more years of experience** in clinical settings, with prior experience in coordination or supervision. * Experience leading nursing teams and managing shift schedules. * Knowledge of clinical care protocols, patient safety, and infection control. * Proficiency in management indicators and information technology tools. * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. * Effective communication, patient orientation, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
