At Doughnuttery Arauco Maipu, we are looking for dynamic and proactive individuals to join our team and deliver the best gourmet mini donut experience. What Are We Looking For? We are recruiting new team members in the following capacity: \* Part-time (30 hours per week, weekdays and weekends) Your main responsibilities will include: \* Interactive Production: Prepare our fresh mini donuts in front of customers, ensuring perfect temperature and texture. \* Flavor Customization: Master our range of "Sugars" (exclusive sugars) and toppings to create unique combinations (from classic to exotic flavors). \* Boutique-Style Customer Service: Guide customers through our menu and deliver a world-class service experience. \* Operational Management: Cash handling, inventory control, and strict maintenance of module order and cleanliness. Requirements: \* Experience: Desirable but not mandatory—experience in specialty cafés, bakeries, or premium fast food is preferred. We value attitude and the ability to learn quickly. \* Skills: Excellent communication skills, manual dexterity, and attention to detail. \* Availability: Rotating shifts (morning/afternoon), including weekends, according to the operating hours of Arauco Maipu mall.
