We are looking for a Business Analyst A professional responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and translating business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements for technology teams. The candidate must facilitate coordination among all involved areas, ensuring that designed solutions meet business needs, comply with defined standards, and generate value for the organization. The role will primarily focus on **IT projects for the Corporate Banking segment**, requiring knowledge of financial products, banking processes, and key associated regulatory, technological, and risk aspects. **Responsibilities and Authorities** **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Elicit and understand business needs and challenges. * Analyze processes and translate business requirements into **clear functional requirements and specifications** for IT teams. * Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation. * Coordinate and manage stakeholders from **Business, Technology, Risk, Legal, and Operations**. * Participate in solution design and evaluation, ensuring alignment with business needs. * Identify dependencies, risks, impacts, and improvement opportunities associated with requirements. * Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams. * Participate in requirement elicitation, refinement, planning, and initiative tracking meetings. * Track requirements and manage changes throughout the project lifecycle. * Validate that developed solutions meet defined requirements and deliver expected value. * Apply best practices and standards to improve output quality. * Maintain up-to-date functional and process documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Technical Knowledge** -------------------------- * Requirements elicitation and analysis. * Process modeling and documentation. * Knowledge of **APIs and integrations**. * Understanding of **Core Banking systems** and system architecture. * General knowledge of **Information Security**. * Familiarity with agile methodologies. * Proficiency with management tools such as **Jira and Confluence**. * Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business functional needs. **Regulatory and Risk Knowledge** ------------------------------------------ * Familiarity with regulations and regulatory requirements applicable to the financial sector. * Understanding of **operational risk, credit risk, and controls** associated with banking processes. * Ability to identify regulatory and risk impacts during requirement elicitation and definition. **Academic Background** ----------------------- * Industrial Civil Engineering. * Computer Science Engineering. * Informatics Civil Engineering. * Computer Engineering. * Or a related professional degree. **Required Experience** ------------------------- * **3 to 5 years of experience** working as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or in similar roles. * Proven experience in **IT projects**. * Desired experience in financial institutions, banking, or related services. * Desired specific experience in **Corporate Banking** projects. **Competencies** ---------------- * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills. * Ability to translate business needs into functional solutions. * Results-oriented mindset and value generation focus. * Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requirements. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Negotiation and stakeholder management skills. * Attention to detail and documentation quality. * Collaborative work with business and technology teams. **Additional Information** Stefanini Benefits Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
