Your main responsibility will be to execute, monitor, and analyze data and information related to the processes involved in updating customers’ personal accounts, in order to identify improvements that ensure regulatory compliance and meet the organization’s required standards of quality and efficiency. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Executing operational area processes, such as crediting account movements, back-office processing of fund change and withdrawal requests, voluntary product withdrawals, validation of quarterly statements, among others. * Analyzing data and information from processes that update AFP customers’ accounts, reviewing their input, update rules, and output, identifying deviations from expected results, and generating action plans for correction. * Participating in multidisciplinary working groups involved in evaluating process-related improvements. **The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:** * Technical-Professional education. * 2 years of experience as an operations/finance/account movement analyst. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of Python (optimization) is desirable. **Join one of Chile’s top 4 best companies to work for, according to Great Place To Work Chile!**
