In this opportunity, we are looking for a Functional IT Analyst responsible for gathering requirements, process modeling, and acting as the bridge between business needs and the internal IT factory team. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead requirements gathering through interviews with stakeholders across various business areas. * Translate verbal narratives into clear process diagrams and technical functional documentation. * Serve as a critical liaison between business needs and the internal development team. * Manage task lifecycles using Jira. * Certify and validate that delivered developments meet acceptance criteria. * Execute data testing using basic SQL queries to ensure data integrity. Requirements: * Proven experience participating in the full software development lifecycle (Agile teams). * Proficiency in process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io or similar). * Basic SQL skills (executing simple queries, modifying parameters, and validating data). * Prior experience in functional certification or validation of digital products. * Availability for hybrid work mode in Santiago (2\-3 days onsite initially). * Desired qualifications: Experience in the Insurance or Banking industry. Proficiency in Postman for API testing.
