Job Summary: Support the maintenance of the quality and food safety control system by verifying compliance with parameters of manufactured products and taking action in case of deviations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain the quality and food safety control system. 2. Conduct process and product control, reporting deviations. 3. Ensure compliance with the overall quality management system. **Who Are We?** ICB is a holding company dedicated to the production, distribution, and marketing of Marco Polo, Cola Cao, Te Club, Inferno, Edra, and Don Juan, as well as representing 23 major recognized brands such as Van Camp's, Ferrero Rocher, Nutella, and Kellogg's. It operates three large production plants in the northern sector of Santiago and maintains logistics and commercial presence throughout Chile. We are seeking a Quality Control Analyst for ICB’s production plant located in the commune of Quilicura. **Primary Job Objective** Support the maintenance of the quality and food safety control system by verifying compliance with parameters of manufactured products and taking action in case of deviations, in accordance with company policies and procedures. **Main Responsibilities:** 1\.\- Conduct process and product control at the production plant, promptly reporting deviations to initiate corrective actions. 2\.\- Verify cleanliness and hygiene of production lines. 3\.\- Monitor critical control points (CCPs). 4\.\- Support implementation and compliance with the company’s HACCP system and maintain related program records. 5\.\- Support production traceability analysis and correlate this information with laboratory records. 6\.\- Maintain laboratory facilities and equipment in perfect order and hygiene. 7\.\- Ensure compliance with the overall quality management system. **Requirements:** 1\.\- Hold a technical or engineering degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or Quality Control. 2\.\- Knowledge of Chilean laboratory standards for food safety (desirable). 3\.\- Knowledge of laboratory analysis and techniques. 4\.\- Availability to work 100% on-site in the commune of Quilicura on rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
