Support the execution and control of transition projects for the activation and launch of managed services, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful implementation and proper operational readiness. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and monitor transition project activities. • Update schedules and monitor task completion. • Identify risks or blockers that may impact project timelines. • Manage documentation, meeting minutes, and information repositories (SharePoint, Confluence). • Support change control and deliverable tracking. • Consolidate information for status and progress reports. • Validate proper operational readiness and service delivery. • Participate in testing and validation of provisioned services. What we are looking for? • University degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. • At least 3 years of experience in IT operational management or IT project management. • Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or similar). • Knowledge of ITIL (desirable). • Understanding of IT service operations and basic IT management system architecture. • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
