An important company dedicated to **Electrical Installation and Civil Works**, located in the commune of **Quinta Normal**, requires for its **Operations** area a **Civil Works Supervisor** to perform the following functions: **General Responsibilities.** * Supervise, plan, and control civil works carried out in ongoing projects (e.g., excavations, rebar installation, concrete pouring, carpentry, etc.) * Administer, supervise, and ensure subcontractors operate technically according to plans and have appropriate personnel * Conduct daily safety talks and generate ART documents (job risk analysis) before any activity * Comply with the personalized program provided by HSEC * Disseminate civil works procedures and other necessary instructions * Monitor information and inventory regarding the status of equipment and tools * Review established documents to carry out required construction tasks * Prepare civil works protocol folders within the timeframe specified by the Gantt chart * Quotation of OOCC materials. **Requirements:** **Must hold a degree in Construction Engineering or Civil Construction** Minimum 1 year of experience in telecommunications construction (preferably) 3 years of experience in construction projects Class B driver's license (mandatory) Experience in personnel management (mandatory) Job type: Full-time Salary: $1,100,000 - $1,200,000 per month
