Job Summary: We are seeking an RPG Developer to participate in the maintenance, evolution, and improvement of Core applications and legacy systems within a critical environment. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze and resolve incidents in Core applications **Description:** ---------------- **Evolve Core applications on platforms supporting critical business processes.** At KPaz, we are looking for an RPG Developer to participate in the maintenance, evolution, and improvement of Core applications and legacy systems within a high-criticality enterprise environment. **Work Modality** * Hybrid, based in Las Condes. * This position requires current residence in the Metropolitan Region of Santiago de Chile. **Your Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain RPG applications. * Implement enhancements and new functionalities in existing systems. * Analyze and resolve incidents in Core applications. * Participate in optimizations and technical debt resolution. * Work with databases and transactional processes. * Support integrations between legacy applications and other platforms. * Participate in testing and production deployment processes. **What We Offer** * Life insurance * Supplementary health insurance * IPC adjustment (semi-annual) * Referral program (clients and candidates) * Training program in partnership with Platzi * Career development and internal mobility plan * Birthday leave day * Gifts for births or weddings * **Requirements:** --------------- **What We Are Looking For** **Requirements** * Proven experience developing in RPG. * Experience in IBM i / AS400 environments. * Knowledge of databases, preferably DB2. * Experience maintaining and evolving legacy applications. * Ability to analyze and modify existing systems. **Desirable** * RPG IV / ILE RPG / Free Format. * Experience in banking or financial services. * Knowledge of CL. * Experience integrating IBM i with modern applications or services.
