Collaborates with functional specialists **Description:** ---------------- **Develops and evolves SAP solutions supporting critical business processes.** At KPaz, we are looking for an SAP ABAP Developer to join a technology team responsible for maintaining and evolving enterprise applications. You will participate in development, enhancements, integrations, and technical debt resolution for SAP solutions. **Work Mode** * Hybrid, based in Las Condes. * This position requires current residence in the Metropolitan Region of Santiago de Chile. **Your Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain solutions using SAP ABAP. * Implement enhancements and new functionalities on existing applications. * Analyze and resolve incidents related to SAP developments. * Participate in technical debt resolution and solution optimization. * Develop and maintain interfaces and integrations with other systems. * Conduct technical analysis and development estimations. * Execute technical testing and support production deployment processes. * Collaborate with functional specialists and other technology teams. **What We Offer** * Life insurance * Supplementary health insurance * IPC-based salary adjustment (semi-annual) * Referral program (clients and candidates) * Training program in partnership with Platzi * Career development and internal mobility plan * Birthday leave day * Gifts for birth or marriage * **Requirements:** --------------- **What We Are Looking For** **Required Qualifications** * Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP ABAP development. * Experience in maintenance and evolution of SAP solutions. * Experience developing and modifying ABAP programs and functionalities. * Experience with SAP interfaces and integrations. * Ability to analyze, maintain, and correct existing code. * Experience working with functional and technical requirements. **Desirable** * Knowledge of ABAP Objects. * Experience with SAP solutions related to Human Resources. * Experience with IDocs, BAPIs, APIs, and/or web services. * Experience in high-criticality systems.
