At Dynamic Devs, we are looking for a **Functional QA**. You must be passionate about leading and innovating in technological projects and products focused on online and back-office channels for various industries. Candidates must be based in Santiago, Chile, to attend the office several days per week as required by the project. Official source: getonbrd.com. ### **Responsibilities** * Create a test plan and define clear objectives for all aspects of product testing, and develop steps for proper execution. * Analyze technologies and develop steps and processes to improve testing procedures. * Ensure quality across all newly developed deliverables. * Identify functional defects and potential risks. * Perform manual testing and end\-to\-end testing jointly with the development team. * Create, maintain, and execute robust test plans to log and track defects at each development stage and their respective production deployments. * Address and ensure compliance with functional and non-functional requirements. * Maintain direct communication with the team to indicate which test cases should be automated. * Document and monitor test results, and establish steps to resolve issues. * Assist other team engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and presenting them to other team members. ### **Job Requirements** * Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. * Experience designing and executing test cases. * Experience in software development and testing. * Experience in end\-to\-end testing. * Strong analytical and leadership skills to ensure the quality of our work. * Oral and written communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders—including quality assurance, development engineering support, and clients. * Understanding of best practices regarding system security measures. * Knowledge of writing SQL queries. * Familiarity with REST API functionality and how to test them. ### **Dynamo Benefits** Bring Your Own Device benefit (Starting from your 4th month working with us, you may acquire your own computer). * Flexible working hours.
