Generation of technical and progress reports. **Technical Office Manager – Electrical Infrastructure Maintenance Service MCHS** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Location:** Calama, Antofagasta Region (Chuquicamata Underground Operation) **Contract Type:** Fixed-term contract for a specific project or operation ### **Job Description** The **Technical Office Manager** will be responsible for coordinating the technical, documentation, and administrative management of the contract, ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and safety standards during the execution of electrical works under the service. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise activities of the contract's **technical office**, ensuring proper information flow between field operations and the client. * Analyze and review drawings, technical specifications, quantity take-offs, and budgets. * Generate technical and physical\-financial progress reports for the project. * Support material, equipment, and personnel management related to electrical works. * Maintain **permanent presence at the site**, guaranteeing adherence to deadlines and standards. * Ensure technical traceability of work performed on power electrical systems (SEP). ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Professional degree as **Civil Electrical Engineer**, **Electrical Engineering Technician**, or **Industrial Civil Engineer** with an Electrical specialization. * Valid **SEC Class A certification**. * Minimum **5 years of experience in mining**. * Minimum **2 years of experience in SEP technical offices** for large-scale mining projects. * **Availability for permanent on-site presence at Chuquicamata – Calama**. ### **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in underground electrical projects and mining infrastructure. * Knowledge of Chilean electrical regulations (NCH, DS 72, NSEG 5\). * Proficiency in technical and administrative software: AutoCAD, MS Project, SAP, Advanced Excel. * Technical leadership ability and collaborative work skills with engineering, control, and operations departments.
