




Position Summary: SIGMA S.A. is seeking a Supply and Warehouse Manager to lead the coordination of logistics, supply, and inventory management for a mining project. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of mining site operations At **SIGMA S.A.**, a leading company providing integrated services for mining and engineering—specializing in construction, commissioning, and maintenance—we are currently seeking a **Supply and Warehouse Manager** to join the team for the **Electrical Installation Project**, located in the Antofagasta Region. **Main Responsibilities:** * Responsible for coordinating and planning supply and logistics activities, reporting to management, and coordinating site mobilization and demobilization activities. * Controls the flow of requisitions and purchase orders, as well as the receipt of purchase orders in the ERP system. * Manages and maintains material, tool, and PPE certifications; controls the use of outgoing delivery guides; and coordinates vehicle routing. * Prepares payment status reports and monthly cost, expense, and inventory level reports. * Manages warehouse inventory according to the standard defined by the functional area. * Requests procurement with authorization to maintain critical minimum stock levels and controls the inflow and outflow of materials or equipment from the warehouse. * Drives in compliance with traffic regulations and receives materials required under the contract. * Maintains warehouse order and product storage, coordinating timely dispatches to various departments. * Monitors stock levels through selective and scheduled inventories, directly reporting inventory management to their supervisor. **Requirements:** * Degree in **Logistics Engineering, Business Administration Engineering, Industrial Execution Engineering, Logistics Technician, Industrial Administration Technician, or related field.** * Knowledge of **SAP** or other ERP systems for inventory management. * Prior experience in **mining site warehouses**. * Class B or D driver’s license (Class D required if operating a forklift). * **Minimum 5 years of experience** in technical offices within the mining industry, ideally on electrical installation projects. * Experience in logistics and supply chain management. * Proficiency in systems and electronic spreadsheets. * Proper use and care of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Stakeholder management skills.
