At Banco Falabella, we are currently looking for a Senior Operations Analyst – Corporate Banking! What is the mission of this role? Responsible for leading MasterCard (Networks) projects/initiatives and those owned by the Bank targeting the corporate segment; optimizing the Bank’s operational processes within the area, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness in executing daily and critical tasks. The role includes in-depth data analysis using advanced technological tools such as SQL and/or Python, for example, to identify improvement opportunities, resolve brand-specific issues, and generate key information that serves as the foundation for decision-making. Additionally, the role leads and/or collaborates with other teams on project implementation, releases, mandatory or informational announcements, and supports compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: * Review, validate, and optimize operational processes. * Generate reports and key information. * Monitor and evaluate performance indicators (KPIs). * Lead processes and act as their owner across other company departments. * Timely inform your direct supervisor of any situations, developments, events, or incidents that may affect the normal execution and performance of your duties.
