This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are delivered **on time, within scope, and within budget** , while enabling successful transformation initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in **project and program management** , with the ability to drive coordination, monitor performance, and support senior stakeholders in complex enterprise environments. **What you'll do:** * Support the management and oversight of **projects and programs** , ensuring delivery aligned with scope, schedule, and budget. * Collaborate with project teams to define **objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria** . * Monitor project progress and contribute to the **identification and mitigation of risks and issues** . * Assist in **resource allocation and budget tracking** , ensuring efficient utilization. * Prepare and support the delivery of **project status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations** . * Coordinate activities across **cross\-functional teams** , ensuring alignment and execution effectiveness. * Support project managers in **day\-to\-day coordination and governance activities** . * Contribute to **process improvement initiatives** , enhancing PMO standards, tools, and methodologies. * Participate in transformation initiatives, ensuring **best practices in project governance** are applied. **Who you are:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience. * Typically **6\+ years of relevant experience** , including **at least 2 years in a PMO, project, or program management role** . * Proven experience in **project and program management** , preferably within transformation initiatives. * Strong knowledge of **project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks** (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). * Experience in **project tracking, reporting, and governance** . * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. * Continuous learner with up\-to\-date knowledge of **industry best practices and tools** . ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s, MBA) is a plus. * Certifications such as: + **PMP (Project Management Professional)** + **PRINCE2** * Experience in **large\-scale transformation or transition programs (T\&T)** . ### **Key Competencies:** * PMO Governance \& Project Oversight * Program \& Portfolio Management * Risk \& Issue Management * Stakeholder Engagement \& Communication * Planning \& Organizational Skills * Continuous Improvement \& Process Optimization *Joining DXC connects you to brilliant people who embrace change and seize opportunities to advance their careers and amplify customer success.
