Join us and apply your talent to projects that improve the lives of millions while learning from the best in the field. **Leave your mark on the engineering of tomorrow!** **Important** This position is part of an ongoing tender (bidding) process. **Your mission** As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring quality standards across all project phases, overseeing quality control processes and ensuring compliance with project and client requirements. **Responsibilities** * Develop, implement, and manage the project quality program, ensuring alignment with project specifications and standards. * Conduct quality audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, client requirements, and industry standards. * Coordinate with construction and engineering teams to identify, address, and resolve quality\-related issues. * Monitor quality performance indicators and implement continuous improvement actions. * Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and traceability of all quality\-related activities. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. * Minimum 15 years of experience in construction projects, with at least 8 years in quality control and/or commissioning of MEP systems. * Strong knowledge of quality standards, procedures, and best practices in large\-scale projects. * Experience working in multidisciplinary and mission\-critical project environments. * Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory). * Ability to work on\-site in a construction environment. **Who you are** A detail\-oriented and structured professional with strong leadership skills, capable of ensuring high\-quality standards in complex engineering projects. **Who we are** At Tractebel, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the global goal of net\-zero emissions.
