We are looking for a **Field Network Technician (Tier 2\)** to join a major international technology infrastructure project at a Data Center located in Santiago.
The professional will be responsible for installing, testing, and troubleshooting network and fiber optic infrastructure, working autonomously on-site while collaborating with Project Managers and Network Engineers to ensure successful implementations.

Responsibilities
* Install switches, routers, access points, PDUs, and other networking equipment.
* Perform rack \& stack of equipment and fiber optic and copper cabling.
* Execute fiber optic installation, certification, testing, and troubleshooting.
* Interpret network diagrams, port maps, rack elevations, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
* Conduct site infrastructure inspections, including racks, power, and cooling systems.
* Perform Wi\-Fi surveys before and after installations using specialized tools.
* Collaborate with Network Engineers during implementations, changes, and incident resolution.
* Document performed activities, utilized inventory, and site conditions.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience installing and testing fiber optic cabling, preferably in Data Centers.
* Experience with structured cabling and fiber optic standards.
* Knowledge of patch panels, fiber types, and connectivity.
* Ability to interpret technical diagrams and infrastructure documentation.
* Intermediate or advanced English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
* Availability to work onsite in Santiago.
* Ability to handle equipment weighing up to approximately 23 kg and operate in technical environments.
Desirable Qualifications
* CCNA, JNCIA, CompTIA Network\+ or equivalent certification.
* Experience using Site Survey tools such as Ekahau or NetAlly.
* Prior experience in Data Centers or Enterprise infrastructure projects.
* Familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, or HPE networking equipment.

Salary: $1\.057\.583 \- $1\.213\.833 per month
