Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Quality Control Analyst to ensure quality, hygiene, and safety standards for raw materials and products, thereby improving the production process. Opportunity for growth within the department We are looking for a responsible and proactive Quality Control Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products meet quality, hygiene, and safety standards, contributing to the continuous improvement of the production process. Your responsibilities will include receiving, inspecting, and sampling raw materials and inputs; conducting quality inspections on production lines; identifying and segregating non-conforming products; and immediately reporting non-conformities to your direct supervisor. You will operate basic laboratory instruments such as pH meters, balances, and viscometers (not mandatory), maintain records and traceability of sampling and test results, and collaborate on corrective actions and compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards—including ISO-based systems. Technical education or experience in quality control, laboratory work, or production processes is valued. Knowledge of or interest in hygiene and safety standards and quality management systems is desirable; experience with ISO standards is ideal but not mandatory.
