Job Summary: This role involves diverse logistical support tasks including order preparation, picking, receiving, storage, replenishment, processing, labeling, and coordinating with other departments. JOB OBJECTIVE** The associate may be assigned tasks such as order preparation (in accordance with various standards), picking, product receiving, storage, replenishment, order processing, product labeling and relabeling, and other logistical support roles within the Logistics Department. **3\. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** Manual loading of orders and pallet control orders. Ensure proper storage area and order identification upon receipt. Use various equipment to move pallets. Verify quantity, quality, and appropriate labeling of shipped products. Inspect entire shipments and order contents to meet customer specifications and verify all information against the packing list and SAP. Coordinate with other departments, such as Customer Service, Production, etc. Packaging assembly. Preparation and application of shipping labels. Loading trailers with boxes and pallets. Identify items with quantity discrepancies and promptly report them to the supervisor and/or team leader. Perform functions required by management according to needs within the Supply Chain domain. **4\. SAFETY, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES** * Maintain order and cleanliness, contributing to the 5S standard in your work area. * Fully comply with all procedures, instructions, safety policies, and other standards established by the company. * Report unsafe conditions and actions identified, and contribute to their correction through the various channels (verbal, platforms, or others) provided by the company. * Immediately report incidents related to personnel safety, process safety, and environmental safety. * Respect all engineering safety controls without interfering with them. * Respect and follow guidelines stipulated in the Internal Regulations on Order, Hygiene and Safety (RIOHS), employment contract, and company Code of Conduct.
