Quality Supervisor.
The overall objective of this position is to ensure quality standards from the receipt of industrially formatted imported products through to their repackaging and distribution to retail stores, safeguarding consistency, traceability, and the premium experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Implement and maintain quality standards for product, packaging, and process (sensory, physical, and presentation criteria), with clear documentation.
* Execute the system for receipt, control, and release/hold of batches, ensuring evidence and traceability.
* Manage non-conformities and complaints (internal and supplier-related): gather evidence, analyze probable causes, propose solutions, and follow up to closure (replacements, credit notes, or other agreed measures).
* Ensure documentation and control of quality records (operational and hygienic-sanitary procedures, forms, traceability, change control).
* Verify compliance with applicable regulations and internal standards; coordinate interactions with health authorities as required.
* Train teams (warehouse/operations/stores) on good practices and the Volka standard.
* Coordinate internal audits and support external audits where applicable.
* Lead continuous improvement and efficiency: identify opportunities to enhance process efficiency (time/cost/waste), propose concrete changes, and drive implementation across relevant departments.
**Requirements**
* Minimum experience: 3 years in similar quality roles within the food industry (ideal: confectionery/chocolate/bakery premium or retail food). Retail experience preferred.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree or professional technical qualification in Food Engineering or Food Technology.
* Experience applying industry-specific regulations and standards.
* Knowledge of quality management systems, document control, traceability, and non-conformance management.
* Analytical, organizational, and planning skills; effective communication and teamwork abilities.
* Preferred: experience in continuous improvement / operational efficiency (waste reduction, rework, cycle times, standardization).
