We are looking for our next Outsourced Operations Coordinator, who will play a key role in ensuring full compliance with production plans at national contract manufacturers, monitoring productive performance, managing inventory, and tracking waste levels — all to guarantee traceability, product quality, and operational efficiency across the outsourced supply chain in Chile. What will be your main challenges? \- Verify compliance with production schedules agreed upon with pisco contract manufacturers (Northern Chile) and Urgarbia (grain-based alcoholic cocktails and flavored piscos), aligned with the demand plan established by Planning. \- Monitor and audit inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods at contract manufacturers’ facilities. \- Monitor and analyze waste rates per operator, triggering alerts when deviations from defined standards occur, and driving corrective action plans. \- Maintain up-to-date and reliable production records, ensuring batch traceability and integration with corporate systems (SAP/ERP). \- Coordinate periodic plant visits for operational audits and verification of compliance with quality and food safety standards. \- Manage resolution of operational incidents (e.g., material shortages, line stoppages, quality rejections) in coordination with Quality, Supply, and the contract manufacturer. \- Report weekly/monthly production performance to the Head of Outsourced Operations, including variance analysis and improvement proposals. What do you need to join our team? \- Professional degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Food Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or related field. \- 3\-5 years of experience in operations or production within the beverage or food industry.
