Focus on process control problem resolution **EQUANS Chile (EQCL)** is seeking an **INSTRUMENTATION TECHNICIAN** who complies with established procedures. The primary purpose of this position is to be responsible for performing operational field-related tasks, following instructions from Coordinators, Supervisors, and Contract Administrators, in order to effectively carry out project execution tasks. **We invite all qualified candidates meeting the following requirements to apply for this vacancy:** **Profession / Education:** * Higher-level Technical Professional Degree: Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automatic Control * Mid-level Technical Professional Degree: Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automatic Control **Knowledge:** * Professional with experience maintaining various instrumentation equipment and/or machinery. Must have experience in concentrator plants, molybdenum processing, crushing plants, conveyor belts, shipping ports, concentrate filter plants, and seawater pumping systems. * Knowledge of electronics, control loops and power systems, hydraulic and pneumatic actuators, field instrumentation, communication protocols, analytical instrumentation, process graph interpretation, and control schematic interpretation. **Experience:** * 3 years for higher-level technicians. * 5 years or more for mid-level technicians. **Requirements:** * Technical competencies of an Instrumentation Maintenance Technician * Technical professional degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Automatic Control. * Strong analytical and diagnostic ability for resolving process control problems.
