Job Responsibilities: Support the monitoring and control of telecommunications services, ensuring the availability and consistency of information required for departmental management. Collect, consolidate, and analyze information related to budgets, expenses, and supplier management. Collaborate in validating budgetary information in coordination with the Finance Department, supporting resource control and monitoring. Support the tracking and consolidation of records related to contractual penalties imposed on suppliers, ensuring traceability and documentation of information. Prepare control reports and dashboards that contribute to monitoring and tracking departmental KPIs. Maintain up-to-date documentation of processes, controls, and supporting records associated with telecommunications management. Coordinate and follow up on information requests with suppliers, Finance, and various internal departments, facilitating collaborative and efficient management. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize processes, controls, and monitoring mechanisms. Requirements Student pursuing a degree in Commercial Engineering or related fields. Valid student insurance. Availability to undertake professional internship. Interest in management control, data analysis, budgeting, and supplier management. Intermediate Excel skills; Power BI proficiency is desirable.
