Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Coordinate technical teams and monitor daily project progress. Technical Supervision: Ensure proper fiber optic installation (fusion/measurement) and structured cabling. Commissioning: Supervise IP systems, communications, and functionality testing. Management: Control materials, logistics, and compliance with safety regulations. Requirements: Education: Technician or Engineer in Telecommunications, Connectivity and Networks, or related field. Experience: Minimum 1 year leading field teams, ideally in industrial projects. Knowledge: Fiber optics, IP systems, low-voltage systems, and blueprint reading.
