Job Summary: PROSEGUR is seeking Tactical Security Guards for Mining to supervise and protect critical areas, mitigate risks, and implement emergency security protocols. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate 4x4 vehicles on difficult terrain and under extreme conditions 2. Perform evasive or defensive driving if the situation requires it 3. Coordinate with rapid response teams or law enforcement agencies PROSEGUR, a leading security company, is currently recruiting former members of the Armed Forces for the position of Tactical Security Guard – Mining in Antofagasta. **Responsibilities** Supervise and protect critical site areas. Identify and mitigate potential risks (e.g., intruders, sabotage, protests). Implement security protocols during emergency situations. Operate 4x4 vehicles on difficult terrain and under extreme conditions (e.g., high altitude, dust, mud). Perform evasive or defensive driving if the situation requires it. Conduct surveillance patrols along internal routes and strategic perimeters. Control vehicle and personnel entry and exit at checkpoints. Participate in evacuations, first aid, or containment during critical incidents. Coordinate with rapid response teams or law enforcement agencies if necessary. **Requirements** * Valid OS10 certification * Former Carabinero, Armed Forces member, or enlisted soldier (minimum 3 years of service) (Certificate of discharge, service, or retirement from the institution will be required) * Class B driver’s license with at least 2 years of validity * Physical and mental health compatible with the position * Completed secondary education WE OFFER * Rotating 7x7 shift schedule * The company does not cover travel expenses to Antofagasta * Transportation from Antofagasta bus terminals or airport to the mine * Quarterly bonuses of $450\.000 * Accommodation and meals provided at the mining site.
