Job Summary: SIGMA S.A. is seeking a Rigger for mining projects, responsible for maneuvering, signaling, and inspecting heavy loads, as well as coordinating safe and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maneuvering and signaling heavy load lifting 2. Coordinating safe and efficient lifts 3. Complying with mining safety protocols **SIGMA S.A.**, an integrated service provider for mining and engineering that delivers solutions focused on construction, commissioning, and maintenance, is currently seeking personnel for one of our projects located in Los Andes (Andina Contract) for the position of **Rigger**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Maneuvering and signaling heavy load lifting together with crane operators. * Inspecting slings, shackles, and lifting equipment prior to each operation. * Coordinating with crane operators and supervisors to carry out safe and efficient lifts. * Complying with mining safety protocols, exclusion zones, and signage requirements. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education * Minimum 4 years of experience as a Rigger in mining operations * Valid Rigger certification * Availability for rotating shifts * Prior experience with Codelco or partner companies is desirable At SIGMA S.A., we are committed to inclusion and diversity within our workforce.
