Job Summary: Coordinate and analyze export operations to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality shipments, complying with the department’s operational, documentary, and administrative requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and analysis of export operations. 2. Management of documentation and administrative support for the department. 3. Support to companies participating in tender processes. Empresas Ariztía is seeking an Export Logistics Operator responsible for coordinating and analyzing export operations to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality shipments, complying with the department’s operational, documentary, and administrative requirements. **Specific Duties:** Review product availability for export. Verify customer credit lines and manage authorizations as required. Issue, review, and coordinate shipment of documentation for cargo receipt (digital and physical). Coordinate with customs agents for container entry into port. Perform administrative tasks related to payment processing, collections, internal payment recording, DUS entry into the Intercomex platform, and issuance of credit and debit notes. Provide support to various companies participating in tender processes, including Ariztía. Technical degree in International Trade, International Business, Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in export operations (customs agencies, shipping companies, exporting firms, or similar). **Required Knowledge:** Intermediate-level Excel and Power BI proficiency. Intermediate English (reading and oral communication). **Desirable:** Knowledge of logistics. Power Query proficiency for data analysis and transformation. Experience with databases (DBMS).
