Summary: This role leads and coordinates business continuity projects for Hispanic markets within R&D Product and Packaging, managing copackers on product, packaging, and process topics. Coordinate R&D projects and technical matters in South America **Job Description** ------------------- Lead, execute, and coordinate business continuity projects for Hispanics markets within R\&D Product and Packaging. Manage copackers on product, packaging, and process topics from the R\&D perspective. Own complementary labeling guidelines for copackers and suppliers. 2 Key Accountabilities (Specify required outputs from the role): Activities Measurement Criteria % For business continuity projects: * Lead formula and packaging development, coordinating with Regulatory to ensure compliance. * Lead the PLM process and coordinate risk analysis and approvals with the interdisciplinary team. * Execute internal sensory evaluations, analyze data, and generate reports. * Approve theoretical nutrition facts for the copacker. * Approve trial reports for the copacker. * Approve formula, nutrition, and packaging specs in Agile. * Approve artworks in Atlas from R\&D Product and Packaging. Sensory panel report 50 Coordinate R\&D projects and manage copackers in South America on technical matters.
