To lead risk management for Transbank’s projects—from initiative profiling, risk identification, lifecycle tracking, closure validation, risk assessment for production handover, risk treatment, and monitoring—to maintain a known and managed risk level, aligned with policies and standards defined by Senior Management. Responsibilities: 1\. Enable the company’s project management by conducting risk assessments—including identification, analysis, evaluation, and treatment—of both technological and non-technological risks. 2\. Apply risk artifacts in projects and analyze results, delivering feedback and guiding project teams. 3\. Advise various initiative originators, guiding actions to prevent risk levels from exceeding acceptable thresholds, adopting a holistic view of risks—including both technological and non-technological aspects. 4\. Ensure timely updates to business process risk matrices due to project-driven changes during production rollout, supporting process owners and initiative leaders.
