Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Commercial Architect to support the design and production process, translating concepts into accurate and detailed architectural documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Develop and maintain detailed architectural documentation using Revit. **Senior Commercial Architect – Remote \| Latin America** **Corporate Consultants** is looking for a **Senior Commercial Architect based in Latin America** to join a **U.S.-based architecture firm**, specializing in high-end commercial projects nationwide. The selected candidate will support the design and production process, translating design concepts into precise, detailed, and constructible architectural documentation. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain detailed architectural models and documentation using **Revit**. * Support construction documentation production, including drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details. * Translate design concepts into accurate and constructible architectural documentation. * Participate in high-end commercial projects across various design and documentation phases. * Coordinate architectural information with other disciplines and project teams. * Review drawings and models to identify inconsistencies, errors, and coordination issues. * Incorporate design changes and client feedback into drawings and models. * Maintain organized and accurate project files according to firm standards. * Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams based in the United States. * Use additional design and documentation software as required by the project. * Meet established deadlines, documentation standards, and quality requirements. **Requirements** * Degree in **Architecture** or equivalent professional qualification. * **More than 5 years of professional experience** in architecture. * **More than 4 years of direct experience working with U.S.-based architecture firms.** * Prior experience in **high-end commercial or retail projects in the United States (mandatory requirement)**. * Strong experience with **Revit**, especially in architectural production and documentation. * Solid knowledge of architectural drawings, construction documentation, and design development. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. * High attention to detail and commitment to high-quality documentation. * **Advanced English proficiency**, both written and spoken. * Availability to work during U.S. business hours and with U.S. teams. * Experience with **BIM tools and cloud-based collaboration platforms**, such as BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud. * Residency in **Latin America** and availability for remote work. * Advanced English (mandatory) **Soft Skills** * **Effective Communication:** Ability to communicate clearly with U.S.-based teams and clients. * **Attention to Detail:** Precision in developing architectural documentation and reviewing project information. * **Autonomy and Proactivity:** Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and complete tasks without constant supervision. **Location:** Latin America – Remote **Client:** U.S.-Based Architecture Firm **Focus:** High-end commercial and retail architecture **If you meet the requirements and are interested in working on high-end commercial architecture projects in the United States, we would love to meet you.**
