The role aims to develop and oversee the creation of new poultry products for domestic and international markets, contributing to maximizing the company’s profitability through an effective, efficient, measurable, and codifiable process. **Main Responsibilities:** Gather and analyze relevant information for development projects, preparing and updating technical specifications for products and materials. Develop prototypes and coordinate industrial trials for various new product projects. Evaluate supplier, raw material, and packaging alternatives, considering their technical characteristics, costs, and quality, to identify the most suitable solutions. Create and manage development and optimization projects for processes, packaging, and raw materials, maintaining continuous coordination with related departments and external suppliers. **Mandatory Requirements:** Hold a university or technical-professional degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Civil Engineering, or Industrial Civil Engineering (Mandatory) Have experience in food industry companies. (Mandatory) Possess personal transportation and willingness to travel to the Lo Miranda and San Vicente plants. (Mandatory) **Desirable Requirements:** At least 1 year of experience in development, quality, or industrial process areas. (Desirable) Knowledge or experience in project management. (Desirable) Proficiency in SAP. (Desirable) Intermediate English proficiency. (Desirable) User-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
