Work in Linux/Unix and Windows Server environments, with scripting. **Job Description** ---------------------- Administer and optimize the Control\-M platform, ensuring operational continuity and automation of critical batch processes. Administer, configure, and maintain the Control\-M platform in Production and Test environments. Design, develop, and optimize batch process schedules, workflows, and associated integrations. Manage daily operations of critical processes, ensuring correct execution and SLA compliance. Handle requests, incidents, and problems using ticketing management tools. Analyze logs, identify root causes, and execute corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Implement continuous improvements to enhance stability, availability, and efficiency of managed platforms. Develop and maintain automation scripts for operational tasks and recurring processes. Participate in on-call support activities and scheduled maintenance windows. Coordinate activities with infrastructure, database, application, network, and vendor teams. Manage file transfers using MFTE and monitor critical information flows. Support modernization, automation, and integration projects using APIs and technological tools. Ensure compliance with operational standards, security, change control, and best practices. Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures. Participate in testing, technical validations, and operational continuity and disaster recovery activities. Research and incorporate new technological capabilities that contribute to automation and operational improvement. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Experience administering Control\-M 9\.x or higher. BMC certification is ideal. * Experience in designing and supporting batch processes. * Knowledge of MFTE and managed file transfer. * Experience in Linux/Unix and Windows Server operating systems. * Analytical skills and ability to resolve incidents. * Proficiency in Bash or Shell Scripting, ETL, SQL, and databases. * Experience working under on-call arrangements. * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests. * Knowledge of process automation with API-based integration. * Experience supporting critical production environments.
